Wild Seasoning’s executive chef & owner, Freddie, has honed this experience throughout his 12 years in the Food & Drinks industry in the roles of Head Chef and Sous Chef at law firms in the city such as DLA Piper, Clyde & Co and Barlow Lyde & Gilbert as well as working as Deputy Catering Manager at Channel 4.
