We are excited to be welcoming the Jules Hay’s Jazz Trio back to perform whilst you dine on Thursday 12th March 2026.
Join us for dinner whilst enjoying their interpretations of Jazz, fusion and Latin standards – the perfect way to spend an evening at the vineyard.
Having spent extensive time in Brazil, composing, recording and touring, it has only served to deepen Jules’ understanding of Brazilian music and has been instrumental in developing his own blend of Brazilian inspired Jazz fusion.
His two albums , ‘From London to Little London’ and ‘Where Next’, recorded out in Brazil, have received rave reviews.

Jules, originally from Shoreham, brings his trio to the Courtyard Restaurant for an evening of jazz and Brazilian standards interlaced with some of his original tracks.
