Looking for the perfect team building afternoon away from the office?
Once ready to commence your afternoon experience, our Wine Manager will guide you through the wine tasting in the private tranquillity of the outdoor Oak Terrace. Perfect for those who want to know more about the explosion of the English wine industry and production in this beautiful area of Kent.
Light cheese & crackers will accompany the tasting before you head out into the vines to hear about the similarities between our terroir here in the Garden of England and that of the Champagne region of France.
Return to the terrace ready for a sharing lunch of stone-baked pizzas, seasonal salads, platters and small plates. Your dedicated serving team will also be on hand for further refreshment whether that’s in the form of coffees, wines, beers or a cocktail from our extensive list!
The Oak Terrace is exclusively yours until 5pm, when you can choose to either head into our Pond Garden for further drinks or wander over to our 2 AA Rosette awarded sister establishment, The Samuel Palmer (voted Best Destination Pub in Kent 2023) where we can reserve you a space for the evening for drinks or a relaxed fine dining experience.
Prices start at £295 for exclusive use of the Oak Terrace between 12pm-5pm. Our tour & tasting experiences are £40/head and a minimum food/drink spend is also set based on your guest numbers.
