Please do check a list of our most commonly asked questions below. If you do not find the information you are looking for though, please do email us on email@example.com
What time do you open?
Our current opening hours are 12-6pm every Thursday to Sunday throughout the year, plus bank holidays.
Are you ever open in the evenings?
We are usually booked for a private event in the evenings (please do contact us if you are interested in making a booking for an exclusive celebration).
How do I get to you on public transport?
Please arrive at Shoreham (Kent) station – which is direct from Sevenoaks, Bromley, City Thames Link, Blackfriars. After disembarking take the steps out of the station down onto Station Road. Pass down the hill into the village where you will find The Old George Inn and the church. Around this corner you will now be on Church Street and will find our Landrover parked opposite our driveway signalling our entrance. We are just a short walk from the station.
Do you have other beverages available in addition to wine?
Absolutely! We have a fully stocked bar with local beers, soft drinks and spirits, please do see our menu for further details. Coffees and teas coming soon!
Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
All of our wine range is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. Our cheeses are all rennet free and we also offer a vegan sharing board on our menu.
Are children allowed in the vineyard?
Whilst we do not specifically cater for children (we have no children’s menu or high chairs), they are of course very welcome if you are joining us for food & drinks at your leisure. Tastings however are strictly adult only.
Please do note that there is a large pond on site and children must be supervised at all times.
Do you have have to book for a tasting?
We would highly recommend pre-booking a tasting experience as they are often fully subscribed. However, should we have spaces on a session you would be very welcome to join on the day. Please do ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the experience to enquire.
Do you have parking on site?
Absolutely, please do drive up into the estate and you will find our car park on your right hand side.
Are dogs allowed in the vineyard and courtyard?
We are very happy to welcome well behaved dogs on leads to all guest areas of the vineyard.
Can I book a table?
We take bookings for tasting experiences and groups of 8 or more who would like to join us for food & drink at their leisure. For smaller numbers, please do join us at your convenience.
We’re coming for a special celebration, are we allowed to bring balloons?
We regret that we are unable to permit balloons when open for general admission.
Is the vineyard a place to only visit in the summer?
Not at all! We are open all year round and have the most beautiful of spaces for you to hide from whatever the weather throws at us. The courtyard has underfloor heating and is wonderfully toasty in the winter months, whilst the retractable roof is open in the summer to allow you to enjoy the sunshine!
Are tastings available all year?
Of course! A wine tasting is a beautiful experience any month! Our tours however are available from the end of May through to the end of September only.
When is harvest? And can I join in?
Harvest is usually around the end of September and start of October. We will announce on our social media when we are looking for guests to join us for a day of picking and of course the all important post-pick celebrations!
Do you host weddings?
We have hosted beautiful weddings here at the vineyard in the last year and have more booked in for 2018 and 2019. Please do enquire if you are interested in finding out more about what we can offer you for your big day!
